Operators building for operators.
We're ~30 people split between Austin HQ and our Boston engineering office, with select remote. The team is almost entirely people who ran growth / engineering / product at SaaS companies before joining. Bring that taste.
We're hiring.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Own features across the Flight Deck and Navigator AI. Next.js + TypeScript + Python. Customer-facing problems from day one.
Staff Platform Engineer
Own the platform reliability and data infrastructure. Multi-tenant optimization at scale. Senior or staff experience required.
Senior Product Manager — Experiments
Own the Flight Deck roadmap. Ship visual editor + auto-promotion + MVT features. 5+ years in experimentation or CRO tooling preferred.
Lead Growth Engineer
Run the growth engineering function. Own our own funnel, run our own experiments, dogfood the platform. Ideal if you came from a SaaS growth team.
Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Lead post-sale for 15–25 Enterprise accounts. QBRs, adoption, expansion. CRO / experimentation background strongly preferred.
Senior Product Designer
Own the in-product design system + the Flight Deck visual language. Heavy dataviz work. Portfolio of instrumentation-dense UIs expected.
Don't see your role?
We're always interested in hearing from exceptional growth, engineering, and product operators. If you've run experimentation programs at a SaaS company and want to build the platform that replaces your old stack, write us.
HIRING@OPTIMIZEPILOT.COM →The operating principles.
We stay small until we can't.
Every hire adds overhead. We only hire when the thing we can't do manually is blocking a customer promise. This is probably the last time we'll be under 50 employees.
Writing beats meetings.
Most decisions happen in docs. We maintain standing bi-weekly design + engineering reviews and a Friday demo hour — that's most of the scheduled meeting time.
Two-week cycles. Always shipping.
Every two weeks: one feature ships, one quick retrospective, one look at the roadmap. The pace is deliberate — sustainable over years, not burn-rate sprints.
We hire builders who've been in the seat.
Most of the team has run growth, engineering, or product at a previous SaaS. Empathy for customers is an interview filter.
