◆ CAREERS

Operators building for operators.

We're ~30 people split between Austin HQ and our Boston engineering office, with select remote. The team is almost entirely people who ran growth / engineering / product at SaaS companies before joining. Bring that taste.

02How we work

The operating principles.

◆ SMALL SWING ROOM

We stay small until we can't.

Every hire adds overhead. We only hire when the thing we can't do manually is blocking a customer promise. This is probably the last time we'll be under 50 employees.

◆ ASYNC-FIRST

Writing beats meetings.

Most decisions happen in docs. We maintain standing bi-weekly design + engineering reviews and a Friday demo hour — that's most of the scheduled meeting time.

◆ SHIP + REFLECT

Two-week cycles. Always shipping.

Every two weeks: one feature ships, one quick retrospective, one look at the roadmap. The pace is deliberate — sustainable over years, not burn-rate sprints.

◆ OPERATORS FIRST

We hire builders who've been in the seat.

Most of the team has run growth, engineering, or product at a previous SaaS. Empathy for customers is an interview filter.
