Use the site as a human or well-behaved bot. Do not attempt to breach our security, overload our servers, crawl behind authentication walls, or misrepresent yourself in demo/contact forms. We respect the robots.txt policy we ourselves follow for Radar crawls.

The marketing site may link to third parties (docs, partners, case studies, social networks). We are not responsible for third-party content. Visit at your own discretion.

The marketing site is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product performance claims are accurate to our knowledge at publication — see the Service Terms for product SLAs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimize Pilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing site. Our total liability for any claim related to the marketing site is limited to $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Jurisdiction and venue lie in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
