Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small piece of text a website stores in your browser. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function (keeping you logged in, remembering your theme preference). Others are used to measure traffic patterns or personalize content.

We use three categories: essential, analytics, and preference. We do NOT use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

These are required for the site to work. You cannot opt out of them because the site breaks if you do. We use them for:

• Keeping you signed in during a session (op-session).
• Remembering your cookie-consent choice (op-cookie-consent-v1).
• Cross-site request forgery protection (op-csrf).

We use Matomo, self-hosted on our infrastructure, with IP anonymization enabled. This means:

• Your IP address is truncated before storage.
• No data is shared with third parties.
• No cross-site identifiers or fingerprints are collected.
• You can opt out entirely via our consent banner.

If you select "Essential only," analytics cookies are not set. The site works identically either way.

If you set any preferences (e.g., in-product theme, dashboard layout), we store them in a op-pref-* cookie so they persist across sessions. These are not set unless you explicitly configure a preference.

Use our banner (bottom of the page on first visit) to accept all, accept essential only, or clear and re-choose. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies will log you out and prevent some features from working.

To reset your choice on this site, delete the op-cookie-consent-v1 cookie and reload.

If we add a new cookie category, we'll bump the consent version and re-prompt you. Minor edits (clarifying language, typo fixes) will be posted here with an updated "effective" date.
