Privacy Policy

Marketing site: page analytics (pageviews, referrer, anonymized location) via Matomo. No third-party advertising trackers. No fingerprinting.

Product: account info (email, company, role), the site URL(s) you authorize, and the analytics events streamed from your Matomo or connected CDP. We scrub PII at ingestion wherever we can identify it.

Competitor Radar crawls: we crawl the public web on your behalf. We respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits. We do not store login-gated content.

We use data to deliver the product (generate recommendations, run experiments, deliver reports), to support you (diagnose issues, communicate product updates), and to improve Optimize Pilot (aggregate, anonymized usage patterns). Chat transcripts with First Officer never train shared models; opt-in improvement telemetry is clearly flagged in the dashboard.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We disclose data only as required by law.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Email privacy@optimizepilot.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Role-based access to customer data. Magic-link authentication means no passwords are stored. MCP tokens are scoped and revocable. Full audit log of every action.

Hosted on AWS in the United States. Data retention: active while you're a customer, exported and purged within 90 days of account closure unless you request sooner.
