Enterprise questions.
What triggers Enterprise vs Performance pricing?
Any one of: 25+ sites, dedicated tenancy requirement, custom data residency, SCIM, or contract red-lines beyond our standard MSA. Below that, Performance tier is usually right.
How long does a typical Enterprise deployment take?
Two to four weeks from contract signature to production. One week of SSO + SCIM setup; one week of data connectors; one to two weeks of white-glove onboarding for your team.
Can we trial Enterprise features before committing?
Yes. We'll stand up a pilot tenant on your chosen region for 30 days. No contract required; if you decide to proceed, the pilot data migrates to your production tenant.
Do you offer custom contracts?
Yes. Our standard MSA is usually acceptable; we've signed thousands of them. For companies with standard procurement flows, we'll work through your paper with our in-house counsel.
What does Enterprise typically cost?
Starts at $2,500/mo for the Enterprise tier (up to 10 sites, 1 dedicated CSM, standard SOC 2 + DPA). Custom tenancy and residency add pricing. Contact us — we'll quote in one call.

Dedicated tenant, SSO test, data residency selected. If you don't proceed, we wipe the tenant and move on.
